Terms of Service

By purchasing, redeeming or using any Night Fury product you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our software or services.

1. Licenses

A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software for the duration of the plan you bought. Each license key may be redeemed by exactly one (1) Discord account and binds to one (1) machine (HWID) on first launch of the software.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not share, resell, leak or redistribute your license key, account or the software itself.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to bypass authentication or protection mechanisms.
• Do not abuse support channels, staff or other community members.

Violations result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

3. Availability

We aim for maximum uptime and continuous compatibility. Updates may be required after third-party patches; downtime for maintenance does not qualify for compensation.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any license that violates these terms, is involved in chargeback fraud, or endangers the service or its users.

Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum data required to operate the service.

What we store

• Discord account data: your Discord ID, username and avatar — used to identify you in the dashboard and grant your member role.
• License data: which keys you redeemed and when.
• Security data: the HWID that your key binds to on first launch, and the IP address used at activation, for anti-fraud and anti-abuse purposes.

What we don't do

• We never see or store your Discord password — sign-in is handled entirely by Discord's official OAuth system.
• We do not sell your data to anyone.

Deletion

You may request deletion of your dashboard account data by opening a ticket in our Discord server. License records tied to purchases are kept for fraud prevention.

Refund Policy

Before redemption

If your license key has not been redeemed (or activated in the software) you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

After redemption

Redeemed and activated keys are generally non-refundable, as the product is delivered instantly and consumes your seat. Exceptions may be made if the software is confirmed broken and our staff cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

How to request

Open a ticket in our Discord server with your proof of purchase and license key. Chargebacks filed without contacting support first result in a permanent ban from all Night Fury services.
